Cancel an auction by the vendor

Hi folks,

i found the notification email:"The vendor has canceled the auction...", but how can a vendor do that ? I find no way in the vendor dashboard.

Hi Peter,

Can you give us more information about that email through some screenshots ? And also give us its type that you can find through the "Email" column of the email history ("Hikashop->Customers->Email history").

Well, there is a notification that the seller has closed the auction.

My question about this would be: How can the seller end his auction?
Unfortunately I cannot find any information about this in the operating instructions.

That email will be sent every time you change the "Auction" option from "YES" to "NO"for a product which have :
- 1 or many bids
- the "Auction" option set to YES through it's configuration page

That email should indicate to bidders that the auction is not available anymore.
