Carousel not showing up

Because it was your first message in our forum, it has to be approved by a moderator. But the side effect is that the elements that you filled about your website have been lost.

I do not see any license attached to your website, so I have to guess that you're using HikaShop starter.
The carousel is a feature provided by HikaShop Business,

When you're configuring a module (product listing in DIV) you'll have a dedicated "block" to enable the carousel, as you can see in some screenshot in that documentation page :
