The issue is that the carousel javascript is not initialized on your page as the page javascript crashes before because of an error with jQuery:

So if you fix that javascript error it should work fine.
This javascript error looks like a jQuery conflict. The simplest to try to fix it is to install and setup the jQuery Easy plugin for Joomla:
extensions.joomla.org/extension/jquery-easy/
So I would recommend doing that.
