Products Not Appearing/ Hikashop Hidden Menu Created

I created a carousel for categories in hikashop. When I published it, the categories show. Once you click a category to show products in category, it takes you to a blank page. I noticed the url took me to a hidden hiksashop menu instead of the product page. Not sure why it is doing that or how to resolve it. I looked at the hidden menu, but there is only 1, so i cant set it to a specific product page due to the multiple categories in the slider.
