No Shipping Method Found

I'm getting the No shipping method found message when I test the cart with only the UPS shipping option activated.
It works find with just the manual shipping method activated.
I've read this board all weekend, the FAQ and the documentation related to this issue.
I really like this product but I have to have the UPS plugin or it is a deal killer.
Payment method works fine. I've got the access key and everything related to UPS plugged in correctly.
I've got dimensions on the products set to 1 foot and the weight at 2 pounds. Everything is published or public so far as I can tell.
I've got it loaded on a Gantry template.
I've gone through all 12 of these tips on this: www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/i...ins-listing.html#faq
although I don't understand the part about displaying error messages.
I'm up for any more suggestions. I'm sure it's something I'm missing but am stumped.

I don't think that the solution was given, Curtis has not given the access.

It's maybe a problem coming from the zones. Thanks to check that.

I am having this same problem. I have only the UPS shipping method published. It is the only method I want to use. I have weights and dimensions for the product I am testing with. My site is nchuntingandfishing.net .

The product I am testing is Men's Apparel -> Men's Workwear Coveralls -> Insulated Waist-Zip Coverall -> Brown Color. When this product is added to the cart, I get the "No Shipping Method Found" error. I have read hundreds of posts on this forum, I have gone thru the FAQ's a dozen times and I have yet to figure out the problem. I have attached screenshots of my product details, my UPS shipping plugin settings and will provide any other supporting documents needed to figure out this problem. I really don't know why this as to be so confusing.

I will gladly provide access to my backend if needed. I just need to get this cart working. I have spent way too many hours trying to get this going and all I have read on here does not help. thanks for any help you can provide. I have another site that I want to use this cart on as well, but if it takes this long to get it up and running, I don't think I can afford to use it.

The problem was coming from the fact that you didn't have set any dimensions for your products.

PS: don't forget to erase the screenshots that you previously attached which are showing your UPS ID.

For the item I was testing, I did have weight and dimensions set. it still doesn't work. Where did the image you attached in your last reply come from? I still ave the same problem. Do I have to have dimensions for all products before I can get this to work?

You can see from my original reply the screenshot showing dimensions and weight for the product I was testing. Is there something else I need to do? I really want to get this cart working. I plan to move to the commercial version when I get it working and also ave two other sites where I would like to use it if I can get it working. Please help me get this working properly.

It wasn't working because you have set the height of your product to 0, I tried it with a height set to 1 and it's working fine :).
