Editing Order's Email Format?

Hello, i would like to change the email received by user when they order from the shop

i want to add "Order Number" after the "Your Order"
so it looks like Your Order No.XX in the e-mail instead of "Your Order" only
i already tried to change it in the language file but it didn't work so i assume the "Your Order" field needs to read the order number variable

i want to add the Order Number to the Your Order

also in IE somehow the text is centered, anyway to prevent/change it? [make it left-align]
p.s: it's the same mail but opened in different browser

You can edit this mail in System>Emails by editing "Order notification".
You'll find every mail here and will be able to edit it.
