-- PHP version -- : 5.3.28
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Firefox 28.0
-- When you add products to your cart and you want to go tu checkout this error happens

Hi,

Please provide information from your HikaShop configuration (checkout workflow).
Sometimes, activating the Joomla debug mode provide more details for a 403 error. Your web hosting is redirecting the user to a generic page but this page does not give any information about the 403 (error code for : forbidden).

Hi,

This indicates that the "force menu on checkout" option of the HikaShop configuration is probably not set to a HikaShop checkout menu item that you can create via the Joomla menu manager.

I follow your step and "force menu on checkout" set to HikaShop checkout menu item that i create with Joomla menu manager.
Take a look at picture


the first 3 steps are working fine (login,adress,shipment(is not finished)) but rest won't work, they showing same message 403 error.
I turn on debug mode and get this message ?????

Hi,

Why are you suddenly in the Joomla backend ?
Why the plugin controller ?
Why your checkout workflow (backend config) and your checkout workflow (regarding the checkout bar) is not the same ?
What payment plugin are you using ?
