-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.0

We lost the page layout, typology, and button formatting when we created a checkout Hikamenu menu item and Forced the menu on the checkout.

I have tried all the options in Display > CSS for the Front-end CSS File (old, default, & none) but none of them match the clean layout that is displayed when we don't use the "Force a menu on the checkout."

Does anyone have a solution such as a suffix class or something?

Hi,

Would it be possible to have the link for the checkout with the menu forced ? (you can just give the page without the host/domain name)
Would it be possible to have more details about that menu ?

The site is live, but traffic is low so we will publish the broken layout "checkout" menu and force it even though the formatting is messed up.

The forced page name is: checkout

test account information:
un: tester
pw:111111

Attached is the menu item-detail. Do you need more detail? if so what sort of detail do you need?

Maybe I have to talk with the template support guys on this one.

Hi,

Please do not force the menu on the checkout but let the menu published.
So we will be able to see the two pages and compare them.

Okay, I have set the "Force a menu on the checkout" to None. So the checkout looks the way we want it, but all 41 products are displayed below the checkout. This is the issue are tying to fix by "Forcing the menu".

Thank you

Hi,

Using the force a menu on the checkout is indeed a good way to configure what modules to display or not on the product page.
So you'll want to use it.
The issue you have with it is that you configured the menu item that you selected in that option with another template or some specific template options leading to that issue with the styling.

Hi
Im using Joomla 3.6.5 and Hika business 3.0.1 and having trouble with page losing formatting on checkout

www.fleurage-natural-perfume.com.au/coll...al-perfumes/checkout

It could be server response times being too slow. Sometimes it works and then all the formatting is all gone again.
What can we do?

Hi,

If you look at your link with your browser inspector, you'll see this:
monosnap.com/file/kABWuiaJSV6PTG8REraxMC84VtATGC
So you're accessing the page with HTTPS but all the resources are loaded with HTTP, and if you look at the head of your page, you can see that this comes from the base which is wrong:
monosnap.com/file/o6X4pK2uIwg6164zjA8qrSqKelwVWw

Here are some solutions:
