Use the contact form with an empty cart

-- Joomla version -- : 3.3.6
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : is it possible to use the contact form without any product in the cart?
I mean I would like to use the exact same fields as the registration form as a contact form, without the need to add an extra joomla component.
But users get a "The cart is empty" if they haven't added a product

yes Nicolas, I have done a menu that points to the contact page, but if the cart is empty the fields are not shown...
I added my custom fields, which is fine.

I tryed the contact page from Hikashop by creating a menu item.
unfortunately, only 3 fields are displayed, how can I add custom fields?
it seems I can't with the free version of Hikashop, right?

To add fields on the contact form, it require indeed at least the essential version.
