Blank page on checkout.

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.1.1
-- Joomla version -- : 2.5
-- PHP version -- : 5.3.21
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Firefox 36.0.4
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : Blank page on checkout. Please help this just started happening. I have researched it on the forum but the answer is just to re-install a package or version of hikashop.. Our site has been live for almost 3 years working fine.

When people checkout they get a blank page when they click next in the checkout process.

I am getting that now too. everything has been working fine for the past several years. Please advise.

I fixed this. I have been adding thousands of products to my Shopping cart. And as a result I needed to up bump up the php memory limit by 5mb. seemed to fix the issue. I really should upgrade my version. Thanks guys!

Hi,

Good to know that your problem is solved.

Nex time, you should take a look at your PHP error log.
You can also set the "error reporting level" to "maximum" in your Joomla global configuration in order to see the PHP errors directly in the page.
Without details about your error, it will be difficult to tell you more about an issue that we can't see (because it's just blank).
