Nex time, you should take a look at your PHP error log.
You can also set the "error reporting level" to "maximum" in your Joomla global configuration in order to see the PHP errors directly in the page.
Without details about your error, it will be difficult to tell you more about an issue that we can't see (because it's just blank).
