Not possible to edit e-mail?

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.4.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3

We have guest checkout enabled. And before user "confirms" address, he/she has typed in his e-mail and address of course. The only problem is after, where the user cannot see the typed in e-mail. And you cannot edit the e-mail aswell.

I have attached pictures with description.

Hi,

That's indeed the case.
The customer cannot see or edit his email address once he entered it on the checkout.

If the user creates a user account, he can then see and modify his email address in his Joomla user profile page.

My customer entered the wrong email address. How can I update it so that I can resend emails to him within Hikashop?

we are using guest checkout. And never require our customers to register.

Hi,

You can edit your customer in the HikaShop backend.
And if you want to re-send an order email, you have the "email" button in the toolbar when you look at an order, in the HikaShop backend ; in that interface you can also send the email to another address.
