Problem deleting new address in checkout

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.4.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.1
-- PHP version -- : 5.2

Hi,

in checkout process, address section, if I uncheck "Use the same address as for billing" appears my popup to insert new information.
So now i have the radio button to change address both in shipping and billing.
Something strage happens If I delete the new address even for shipping and billing because I receive this notice message:
No shipping methods available for your location.
if I proceed to click on checkout button (which should land me to paypal) I see that page is reloaded and I have to click again to proceed button.

This happen cause i have restriction based on shipping.
If I remove restriction, do the same process and delete new address I don't have the notice but after push delete button I go back to previous step.
So basically in both case after click on delete new address I have to refresh page and in case of restriction I have also the notice of shipping.
I see in a new test version it doesn't happen.
Maybe you know how to solve it?

Right now I hidden delete button in checkout page so this bug doesn't happen but I would like to restore this feature if is possible.

And do you still have that issue if you set the "Auto select default shipping and payment methods" option to YES via "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Checkout" ?

Hi,

Regarding your message, you using the classical selector for the addresses, with a popup.
We have since few releases new address selectors, maybe they can help you with your issue ; they are not using the checkbox "use same address" and are using ajax for some parts.
If you still have some issues, it will be helpful for us to have a link to your website, so we can test the issue directly.

Yes I'm using popup because it's only which allow me to change the address and update the shipping cost in cart in the same page.
With other two methods I need one more step to update shipping cost in cart. (it would be great in the future hikashop version to have the instantly update of cart)
With other methods I don't have the error but I need popup mode to reduce the number of step.
Thank you anyway for support, probably it's my problem because in a new clean hikashop version I can't reproduce the issue.

Hi,

When you edit an address in the other modes, you also have a "save" (and cancel) button which allow you to just save the address and not submit the all page.
So there is no more click required with the "ajax" mode than with the "popup" mode.
