change product quantity field type

Hello,

My client sells custom sculptures for trophies to promoters. They need to be able to order large quantities, 250 for example. I need to change the quantity fields in the cart and check out to text input fields rather than drop down selectors. How would I go about doing that?

Hi,

So you just have to select another value for the option "Quantity layout" option in Configuration > Display > Products, or in the product edition page directly if you want this value only for some products.
