Some customers on confirmation page blank screen

Hi,

Some customers seem to have the issue when they click the button the finish the order that they get a blank page instead of the confirmation page. I did receive the order the first time, because when they then refresh, I'll get the order another time (new order every time they refresh).
It doesn't seem browser related because it happens on Chrome, Safari.
When I try to make an order, i'll sometimes get it, and sometimes not. And this seem to be the case by the customers too.
What could be the issue here?

Hard to say.
When you get the blank page, a PHP error happen.
The best is to turn on the "error reporting" setting of the Joomla configuration and get again the blank page. In that case, you'll get an error message on the blank page which will tell you what's going on.
If it's random, it's highly possible that it comes from the memory limitations of your php.ini which is too low. But it could be something completely different. The error message will be necessary to tell you what is the problem.
