-- HikaShop version -- : 2.4.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.1
-- PHP version -- : 5.4.40
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Safari 8.0.6

Tested the PayPal checkout and it works fine in Chrome and Firefox but when clicking on "add to cart" button in safari the browser loads, but ends up on the same page and not the checkout page. I have also tried with the default Beez3 template but it is the same issue.

Hi,

What is your setting under Configuration > Main > Cart > After a product is added to the cart ?
Please see with your browser console, in the network tab if there is more informations about the address used.

Thanks for your reply. The settings are set to "Always go to the checkout" as you can see in the attachment.

I'm not entirely sure what you mean by the last bit. Is the attached what you mean??? The URL is danishamericansocietyusa.org/index.php/membership if you want to check yourself

Edit:

I also included a third screen shot if this is the console you are referring to.

Hi,

I've done a test on my end with Safari and it's working fine on your website.
When I click on the add to cart buttons there, I'm directly directed to the checkout.
Could you try from another computer with Safari ?

Okay just tested in Safari version 7.1.6 where it does seem to work, but shouldn't be working in all Safari versions? Especially the new versions ...

Maybe there is a bug in the javascript of the page because something changed in the new version of Safari which doesn't handle something properly.
But maybe it's even not the version of Safari ? Did you try on a Safari 8 of another computer ?
Maybe it's an issue with your user session, or a setting of your Safari browser ?
I actually can't try Safari 8 on my end as I don't have an apple computer so I'm just wild guessing here.
