-- url of the page with the problem -- : arthrem.co.nz
-- HikaShop version -- : 2.5.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.1

Clicking on the Terms and Conditions link brings up a full webpage in the pop-up box instead of just the T&Cs article chosen.

The T&Cs article is in there, but is all the way at the bottom.

Hi,

The link on the terms and conditions is a link which is indeed redirecting, by default you should not have that link.
Do you have edited the view "checkout / terms" ?

The T&Cs article IS SHOWING in that pop-up box, but it is inside a full web page.

Attached is a screenshot of the settings in the Configuration.

Hi,

The problem comes from your template not supporting normal bootstrap popups.
Go in the Display tab of the HikaShop configuration and change the "popup mode" setting to "mootools" and that should solve the issue.

We are already using the mootools selection.

Hi,

I don't see how that's possible unless the Joomla router is messing up the URL, or you modified the file "terms" of the view "checkout" via the menu Display>Views.
Did you modify the view ? If so, if you revert your changes, does that help ?

Otherwise, I suppose that if you temporarily turn off the SEF on your website it works just fine ? Do you use a third party SEF system ?

I created a new Terms and Conditions article and attached that one instead.
It is working now.

Odd.
