Cart module behaves strange in Chrome

-- Browser(s) name and version -- : IE, FF and Chrome

A cart module displays "The cart is empty" when there's nothing in the cart (in IE and FF). Perfect, You can not click and that is exact the way it should be.
In Chrome the module displays "price € 0,00". In the Dutch version this is even clickable.
Any idea how to set Chrome to the "FF modus"?

Well, the problem seems to exist only in my browser. Strange but so be it.
Another problem with the cart module: in the Dutch version it looks good but when I click it
I get a 404-error.
In the English version it sums up the products (which it shoudn't do) and there is no link at all, so no way to the checkout.
