How to add questions for business registration ?

I think I overlooked something. I can not find a way to extend the registration form with the questions that you need to ask when a business will do a registration in the shop.

Where can I turn that on?

Or how can I add the questions? Company name? And VAT number?

For what you're saying, it could make sense to use the type "user" or even better "address", because then they are being stored with the customer or his (business) address making them 're-usable', while "order" fields show up in the checkout, too, but are only stored with a particular order.
