Authorize.net transaction is missing.

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.5.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.3.6
-- PHP version -- : 5.3.14
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Internet Explorer 11
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : Order status: Created
No invoice number.

For one of my client order is created in hickashop but authorize.net transaction is not processed and no transaction at all in authorize.net. Order status Created(pending) in hickashop. Is there a way that I can figure out whether the payment request went to authorize.net or not? . Appreciate your response.

Hi,

We'll need more information to be able to help you.
Ideally, if you could provide a backend access and the order numbers (if created, otherwise the email address of the customers) with the issues and the nature of the issues ( did they get an error message ? which one ? on which page ? ) it would help us analyze the situation.

Thank you for your response. Order numbers are PUBL_00003137, PUBL_00003151, PUBL_00003150. User didn't get any error message. Order is created but no request made to the authorize.net . Is there any contact number that I can reach you out. Backend access means user name and password of our admin in joomla?. our product in hickashop is Dicorce Manual which is $25.

One more thing we found in our logs the attempt to request the authorize.net page from hickashop is failed the error is 443. The user tried 10 times on 06/25/2015. The order ID is PUBL_00003137.

Spoke to the customer. Here are the details

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.5.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.3.6
-- PHP version -- : 5.3.14
-- Browser(s) name and version -- :
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : No error while creating order. only Firefox let him into the account, other browsers said can’t connect to server when tried to login back.
Device: Mac
Operating System: OSX 10.10.3 (Yosemite)
Browsers: Chrome 43 0 2357.130 64 bit; Safari 8.0.6; Firefox 38.0.5 (only Firefox let him into the account, other browsers said can’t connect to server).

Appreciate your quick response as users are getting frustrated.
