Need to change the word "Products" to "Tax"

If some lives in the same state as my client, instead of seeing "Tax" they see "Products"

Which file do I modify to correct this

Hi,

That's the name of your tax rate that you entered yourself.
Go in the menu System>Taxes, click on the "manage tax rate" button. There create a new tax rate with the name you want.
Then, edit your tax rules via the menu System>Taxes and change the old tax rate with the new one.
