Layout registration form at checkout

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.5.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.1.1
-- PHP version -- : 5.3.29
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : chrome

The registration form at checkout is messed up.
The field-names are at the right, and the next line on the left is the field itself.
If I switch off bootstrap design, it is ok, but then my products page doesn't look too nice.
Probably a template issue, but where and how can I fix this?

Very likely, indeed, unless you or someone else has done layout overrides of either checkout or product page or both.

So, it depends on if your template is built with Bootstrap 2.x included or not. Ideally, you set HikaShop accordingly, and then, depending on other (mostly template related) factors, you might need to do layout changes in some views, or you might get away with some custom CSS.

Maybe you put a link to your site in the hidden section here (which I can't see), but sorry, more can't be said without seeing your site "live" on a web server.

thanks.
I set bootstrap to No, and it works fine for me for the moment.
At first product page didn't look nice, but after a few changes, it looks ok with bootstrap off.

Hi,

Yes it seems to be a template issue. Here is tutorial to find the css modifications to do on a page:

We can help you to find the css causing that issue but for that you have to enable the bootstrap mode back ;)

Hi Xavier! I have a problem that is I can't finish the checkout process. When I finish checkout, it's show Billing Information, but I can't type anything, can't click Ok, I only can close it. How to fix this problem and finish checkout?
More information i'm using:
- PHP 5.6.8
- Joomla 3.3.6
- Hikashop Starter 2.5.0
- Brower: Chrome and IE10

Hi,

This looks like a javascript error on your page preventing the OK button to work.
Without analyzing the issue on the page, it will be hard to provide a solution.
One thing you can try is to change the "Address selector" setting of the HikaShop configuration. That might be enough to circumvent the problem.

It's solved Nicolas. Thank you very much!
I have more questions:
Because Starter version doesn't have Download Area, so can I config hikashop email/take customers to a download link? I was tested one checkout, but hika only show a message "Thank you for your purchase." and i don't receive the product download link.

Hi,

After the payment is done, your payment gateway sends a notification of the payment to HikaShop. At that point, HikaShop confirms the order and sends an email with the download.
So no, even with the Starter edition, you receive the product download link.
Check that your orders status is being changed to confirmed automatically.
If not, it means that HikaShop is not receiving payment notification and here a FAQ explaining what to check in such case:

Hi, thanks for the answers. May you guide me how to change the option of the CUSTOM FIELDS?. Ex. Sale->Free, or add more options?

Hi,

If you want to change the options of a custom field, you can go in the menu Display>Custom fields and edit the custom field and change the options there in the values section.

Hello,
If you only have Checkout custom field, you should probably reset the filter dropdown on top of your custom fields listing tab.
