Get error in checkout after moving to other domain

-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.3
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Firefox
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : JFolder: :bestanden: Pad is geen map. Pad: /srv/users/serverpilot/apps/joomla/public/media/com_hikashop/images/payment/

I get this message after copying Hikashop tables in phpMyadmin from another site. When I try to add product to the cart it is fine, but when I go to check out it says this message.

Where can I change this path.

Also a lot of product url's are broken because of the move, how can I unbreak those. I also deleted the canonical url in the products.

Hi,

You copied the tables but did you also copied the media/com_hikashop folder ?
It contains important files of HikaShop.
Your message says that media/com_hikashop/images/payment is not a folder, which means that the folder doesn't exist. That should not be the case as it is one of the default folders created when you install HikaShop.

I don't know how the URL are broken, so it's hard to provide a solution. Can you give an example ? What was the URL before the migration ? What is the URL now ? What error do you have when you click on the link ?

Thank you for your reply.

I uploaded this folder and now the error is gone, but I stilll cannot order.
When I try to login with an test customer, which works in old website it says: 'you do not have acces to the privat section of this website'.
And when i try to make a new customer nothing seems to happen.

The link is getting a 404 page. I have SEF installed and cleaned the links there but it does not change anything.

Is there a solution for this, because I know cannot use the webshop since people cannot login with there accounts.
Also they cannot make a new account.

Error is still: 'you do not have acces to the privat section of this website'.

Hi,

I don't know what you did for your migration, but if you were missing files, it's probable that some other things are messed up.
The best would be to install the latest version of HikaShop.
That will run some processes during the update process which might help clean some of the issues.
Regarding the error "you do not have access to the private section of this website", there is no such error in HikaShop.
This comes from Joomla and it happens because the current menu item has been configured to not be accessible by the user group of the current user.
So I would recommend to check the access level of your menu items and make sure that the settings of the Joomla user manager are correct (correct user group for new users, correct ACLs for that user group, etc).

I had to change in the access of public to accept in global configurations and now I can login again!
