Total price incorrect with coupon and tax

Note: This store is on a live site, but the store itself is not currently live. We are hoping to make it live very soon.

Tax is only charged on orders within the state of Texas, USA at the rate of 8.25%. Coupon is set for 5% off. Shipping cost is just set to 1 cent right now. All values are correct except the total is a little more than $2 too high. See screen shots for this, taxes configuration, and coupon configuration. I've read through some other forum posts, but they had other things going, like discounts, that mine does not have.

Please give me some direction on how to fix this. I can give you access to the back end if you would like.

Excellent! I set the coupon to the product tax category and ran a couple of tests. The total is now correct. Thank you!
