Checkout region and country, how to remove.

Hi

I would like to have the region and country all gone in the checkout process. I have disable all countries and regions, except Denmark. But I also want that gone to the textbox and dropdown in the checkout,because there are only customers from Denmark on the site ( see attached image).

Another question is that the checkout process is taking to long, you have to accept it more than twice, and send the order more than one time. there must be something I can do about that.

Also when the customers gets send to paypal sometimes it takes the customer to there main site and not the paying page. Also when you click the pay now button it sometimes takes you to the main site of paypal. Why does it do that?
