Problems with the checkout workflow

Hi,
I have problems with the checkout workflow.
First, the customers should buy the products without registration. But I don't see the option "no registration" in my business version of hikashop. Currently I use the option "login as guest".
There is the second problem. When I log in as guest, I will be send to the chart but if I click on the next-button I'll be sending back to the login-form. So the login is not working. It is also impossible to delete products from the chart. After trying it, I'll be sending to the login-form.
I also wanted to add custom fields to a special product. Because customers have to fill in them, before the can add the product to the chart. Therefore I used the option item. Otherwise I had to fill in fields in the Backend. These fields aren't shown in the chart,too.
Is there any solution?

1. Firstly, can you show us some screenshots of how you configured the options of the page "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Checkout" so that I can understand your issue and test it on my end ?
Also, note that if you want to enable your customers to checkout without registering, you'll just have to
- Go to "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Checkout"
- Set the "Display method for registration" option to All in one page
- Set the "Registration" option to Guest

2. If you want your Item custom field to show through your product page, you'll have to publish it on your front-end

I would like to have a step by step checkout, not all in one page. So I choose the second option with the switch and set the regsitration option to guest.

Yes everthing is fine now. The url-rewrite was not defined in the htacess. That was the problem.
