Thanks for helping us. I attach a screenshot of the checkout settings (hika1.jpg)… And two screenshots of the orders... hika2.jpg is the right order and hika3.jpg is when it fails.
I only see one order from you.
Did you try ordering several times or just one? I mean, complete one order, and then order one more item while still logged in? That’s where the problem is.
The first order goes well, but not the next ones….
You see it right away, because the text with “Thanks for shopping. Your order has completed an your order number is….” changes to just “Thanks for shopping.”
And on the right you still see the content of your shopping cart…
I see now, under the settings for orders:
Allow customers to reorder: Only in commercial versions of HikaShop
I can't find any explanation for this in the documentation.. Is the documentation for the commercial version?
So my problem es related to the fact that I have the Starter HikaShop?
I'll try to manually update to 2.6.0 to see if it helps..
