Is there any way to quickly test email templates?

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.5
-- PHP version -- : 5.6.10

I have to rework a new order email template sent to customers.
I know the place to modify the email, but I takes a lot of time to make an order to test. I do dozens of test per hour.
Is there any way to test the email without passing the full checkout process?

/media/com_hikashop/mail/order_creation_notification.html.modified.php
While the described approach allows to test
order_notification.html.modified.php

The only way I suggest is to temporary replace
order_notification.html.modified.php
with
order_creation_notification.html.modified.php
for tests and then move it back when done.

I'm using Hikashop 4.7.1 on Joomla 3.10.11. I was working through some customizing of the emails. While doing that, I used the Preview button which seems to allow one to view an actual order without sending an email. I used the X in the upper right corner to close the preview.

Much to my chagrin, when I went to check Customer/Email History, I found dozens of emails apparently sent to customers whom I thought I was just using for preview purposes.

What did I do wrong?
