State dropdown not appearing

Hey guys,

First off, we love Hikashop... it's awesome! That said, we recently upgraded to 2.6.0 and the "state" field seems to be hung up the checkout screen if a user checks out as a guest. Currently, orders are coming in with "Alabama" selected, though I don't believe the user is able to make that selection... it's just the first on the list in the dropdown.

Initially we had country selections of "US" and "US Minor Outlying Islands", with the default to the US. If a user switched to "US Minor Outlying Islands" and then back to "US", the state dropdown appears. I also tested by changing the zone to just "US" and unpublishing that field. Still, no state field appears.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Set display limited to "all" and it solved the issue. Thank you. Again, awesome product, awesome support!
