Checkout problem

-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.6.
-- PHP version -- : 5.6.17
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Firefox 43.0.4

Hi I'm working on an ecommerce website and I'm having issues with the checkout. When I add an item to the shopping cart and try to proceed to checkout it just refreshes the page.

Ok now after trying to figure out the error I get the message 404 error:404 page not found.

Hi,

I'm not able to test the issue on your website. I registered on your website but didn't get the activation link to activate the account and thus, couldn't log on your checkout and proceed to the next step of the checkout.
Could you activate the test_hikashop user account ?

You'll just have to activate it through the Jooma User Manager page ("Users->User Manager").

Hi,

There is no more the error displayed on the checkout but we can't finish the order.

Does your template manage the Joomla system messages ? If not, please contact your template provider to see how to handle them. I think that you have a missing step or a missing information on the checkout which don't allow to finish an order.

To check if it is this kind of issue, you can use the default Joomla template to test.

Could you too give us a screenshot of your checkout workflow settings ?

I was able to look at the problem now. The issue is that you have a bug that we've already corrected.
You said that you have the 2.6.1, but from what I can see on your website, you have the 2.6.0 version.
That's why you have that bug. Update to the latest version and that should fix the problem with the checkout which can't finish.
