I'm not sure if I need to engage Hikashop, Taxcloud, or both.
Out of nowhere, beginning apparently this morning, we're getting an API error post-checkout rather than a confirmation screen.
Our orders ARE going through, but we're seeing duplicate orders because of the error.
This appears to be a TaxCloud problem, as nothing has been changed on the Hikashop or Joomla side, but we've had to take our store offline as a result.
A screenshot of the error is attached.
Who do we need to engage to get this resolved? We're completely offline until we can get it fixed.
