Order complete message not showing

I have a problem with the message order is complete at the end of the checkout process: the message is not showing, just the thank you message. The checkout is in guest mode. When I repeat an order shortly after the first one, sometimes the order is complete message is showing up – but I can't figure out, when it is showing and when it is not. To "solve" the problem, I completed the thank you message with the order is complete message and the bank/money transfer message. But that is no solution, because if the order complete message is showing correctly, its displaying the same message twice…

Can you please post an image of your configuration in the English language so that we can correctly understand it ?
Also can you tell me which Payment method you are using when you get that issue ?

I use bank transfer as the only payment method. Attached the english version of checkout config.
