Emails are not being sent to the customer on checkout. The admin receives two emails - "A new order has been created on your website" and "paypal pro payment notification: payment confirmed". All emails are turned on except of "order creation notification", "wait list administrator notification", and "subscription expired"
Logs have been check to see if the email sending has been attempted, but nothing. It does show the other two admin emails.
On the back the order can be pulled up and the email button does send the email which means the email system is working and not blocking the sender/receiver.
