Edit After checkout page

I want to change some details in my After payment page (After the checkout page). Where can I do it? is there an article or html? Please help me out!

Giving us more information through some screenshots for example of which page you exactly want to customize will probably help us to understand what you want to do.
If you want to edit the last step of the checkout, you'll probably need to edit the "YOURPAYMENTMETHOD_end.php" file of your payment method plugin, where "YOURPAYMENTMETHOD" is the name of your payment method.
Else, if you want to edit the "Thank_you" page then you'll have to edit the "After_end" file of the checkout view of your front-end template via "Hikashop->Display->Views".
