I read this article
I was wondering do you have to use PHP under Display>Views to add ajax login to checkout workflow after you disable hikashop login

Cool. PHP programming is past my skill set. Is there any copy and paste PHP programming i can add to display>views? Or do i have to write the PHP code self? Is there any plugin available for this purpose? Do you suggest any other login plugin that works with HIKA Checkout?

And lastly i want my AJAX login to Synchronize with Hikashop Login and i do not fully understand joomlas users system in relation to hikashop users and AJAX users.

Best Regards and RTS (respect tech support)

Hi,

I don't know of such plugin. And the code to write there is not simple and will require quite some time to write, even for a developer.
If it's really needed and you don't have the skills for that, I would recommend to contact our partners:

This is not Mandatory i just thought it would be something to look into.

Im really lost on how the hikashop users and Ajax users work with the joomlas users system. Would having Ajax login along with the hikashop login create a conflict. So would creating an account through Ajax login give you the same credentials to login with Hikashop login? Can the two work harmoniously together? Or would that take me back to trying to add ajax login to the checkout timeline while disabling hikashop login. I was confused about how they work together so my work around attempt was adding ajax to checkout timeline. I know that probably isn't an option for me right now. Should i get rid of ajax login and only use hikashop login. Whats the easiest path? and whats the best path for performance?

RTS

Hi,

I suppose that Ajax login creates normal Joomla users. And HikaShop also creates normal Joomla users.
So both systems should work fine on the same website without requiring any code change. It's only fi you want to integrate the ajax login inside the HikaShop checkout instead of the normal login system of HikaShop that it would require code modifications.
