I got a special requirement, because my boss wants like a cart that allows to the clients to print cart without been registered, and just send an email with the requirement of the client.
Is that possible?

Letting your customer complete the checkout workflow will create and order with the status "created" and then send him an email with the details of his cart. Using the "Hikashop Check" payment method for guest users will be a good solution to let them create their order without paying.
Also, if you want to enable your customers to checkout without registering, you'll have to
- Go to "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Checkout"
- Set the "Display method for registration" option to All in one page
- Set the "Registration" option to Guest

The thing is that I've testing with my personal email and it always says that is in use, then i created an email to test but i just used once, and can not checkout anymore with that email.
