I just changed hosts for my vps. Everything seems to be working except when I go to check out with hikashop it just hangs up and after a couple minutes, it eventually errors out.
If you choose the course "Radiography of the Foot" it's free. You can get up to the last step fine, but when you go to check out is when it hangs.

it was working fine until before the migration. The reason I migrated was because my old host had issues with the security certificate and the site went down because of it and they couldn't fix it.

This was the fix

The old server is set up to provide an RC4-encoded SSL as one of its optional cipher suites, however this option is explicitly disabled in the available SSL ciphers on the new machine:
The preferred alternative to this, GCM, is in fact the first preferred cipher in this listing on the new machine. I found this information regarding the live ciphers on the old server from the following site:

I attempted to replicate the issue with the live server by undoing my own hosts file edits, and was able to replicate your error. This error was only given by your website on the old machine. As soon as I updated my hosts file again to resolve your domain to the new server, the SSL error went away.

Hi,

This would indicate a problem with the send of the emails.
Please make sure that you updated the email settings of the Joomla configuration and the HikaShop configuration so that they work with the new hosting.
You can easily check that it comes from the email sending: disable the emails in the menu System>Emails and see if the checkout works fine. If it does, then the problem is indeed with the email sending.

Yes, it was email DNS settings.
Thank you very much!
