request timed out error

After adding an item to the cart and loggin in after that , this error pops up. I cannot understand wether this is hikashop error or the server's?

Hi,

Currently, it's the server which perform the timeout.
But the interesting point is to know why there is a timeout and where the script is spending time.

Please take a look at your server error logs in order to find more details.
