Second Shipping Option Not Visible

We have two shipping options: a free in-store pickup (using "Manual Shipping") and USPS. Both are listed and active, with the USPS option first in the order on the backend.

When a customer tries to check out, they only see the in-store pick up option. The USPS option appears only after a registered user logs in. This is problematic because some customers are getting the impression that we only offer in-store pickup and won't ship products - so they don't bother registering for an account or logging in.

Is there a way to get the USPS shipping option to show up before a user is logged in?

Hello,
The USPS isn't probably showing because no shipping address have been added from your customer, so the solution will probably be to directly edit the "checkout workflow" option via "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Checkout" and set the "login" & "address" actions to a step before the "shipping" one.

Hello,

Thank you for your response. We already had login and address set to happen before the shipping step in the workflow. Please see attached screenshots. On the front end, it prompts to log in or register, then gives a shipping option - but only one.

Hello,
Yes but you should test it with 2 steps on your checkout workflow with the "login" and "address" actions on the first step and other actions in the second step, so that you can be sure that your customer have a valid shipping address.
