Returning steps in checkout

Hi folks,

I hope you have an idea here ..
When I place an order as unregistered customer, I need to repeat some steps in the checkout.
1. I choose the shipping method
2. I fill in the customer details (address, name etc.)
3. Choose the payment method
4. Returned to the first step
5. Checked the right shipping method
6. Choose payment method again
7. Then I get the payment possibility and the rest of the process goes ok

The shipping methods selection often depends on the address of the customer.
So the shipping method selection is reset after the customer enters his address.
That's why you have to go back to select the shipping method at the end.
So I would recommend to move the shipping step after the customer details step.
