VAT PRINTED IN ADDRESS, ORDER AND INVOICE

Hello friends of the forum, I'm trying to solve a problem, I turned to the posts and documentation on the forum but could not find what I seek.

In my hikashop I wish the "billing address" tab when user writes VAT came out even printed out. (See attached picture fig1).

The VAT has to come out even in his orders (see fig2 image).

Using pdf plugin for an invoice, but it also came out in the PDF invoice (see imamgine fig3).

By hikashop control panel I enabled VAT in "Custom Fields" but perhaps something wrong. You can write the field VAT number does not emerge in billing address, as customer account order and invoice pdf.

How can I do? I have to add php code? or just a matter of configuration? Who can give me the solution how to do?
