Email Error on Checkout page

See attached picture to see what error is showing up on the last page of checkout where they put in CC info.

So I have 2 problems I am not sure if they are related to the same issue or completely different but i need to get both fixed:

1. Error message as shown in attached picture. I did a forum search and found another user with a similar problem and the recommended fix was to check acymailing config and hika config emails were the same. I checked the emails were different I updated the email and still got the same error, so another setting is wrong somewhere.

2. My customers are no longer getting a payment receipt via email. This was working but now isnt for some reason and my customers don't get an email receipt so are unsure if the order went through. Does the email address need to be the same as the paypal email address? Not sure what the issue is.

Question 2 indicated in the post above? There was no response to this I can make a separate post for each one but that seemed redundant and they may be related. Can you please respond to question 2 in the post?

Played around with the settings past few hours. Couldnt get the "sendmail" to work at all, got same error but I got some progress on the problem. So I changed the settings to STMP ssl secure. These are working as I sent a test email (from global config page) and received it in my email.

However the problem isn't solved in hikashop as I am still getting the same error:

After entering the required info from hosting service for stmp i was getting the error above and test email was not working on global config. They since changed my max emails to 150 and is working on global config and i get the test email but in hika shop i get same error still. Also I cleared my cache and tried again but still same error weird as it is resolved with my global settings but on checkout page error is still popping up. I must be missing something here.
