Add custom field in product site or checkout

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.3
-- Joomla version -- : 3.5.1.
-- PHP version -- : 5.4.45-1~dotdeb+6.1

I need help with custom fields in the checkout process. it is possible to add custom fields in the order process or in any products?

Backgroundinfo: We have in our shop 1 product that only can order by owner of a club number . All other products are free. Is it possible to add this club number by the product-site manually .

Hi,

Yes. You can create custom fields of the table "order" (for the checkout) or of the table "item" (for the product page) via the menu Display>Custom fields with the Business edition of HikaShop.

OK I have buy the Business Edition and have done your steps. Now I have an field in the product-page, that I can fill in as administrator. But what I need is a field that the customer must fill in to order the product... :) Can you help me?

In the configuration of your custom field, what's the setting under "Access level"?
Make sure it's "all".
