Phone Number

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.3.4
-- Joomla version -- : 2.5.24

We are having an issue on checkout where people are unable to purchase if they don't type the phone number in with no spaces. This is happening on mobile devices mainly.

How can I turn off whatever is validating the telephone field so that people can enter whatever they wish into that box?

Hi,

Then disable the "address_telephone" custom field and create your own custom address field. That way, it won't have the javascript check on the format like the address_telephone field has.
