Adding text above and below the "Finish" button?

-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : I am not having an error message. Just wanting to ask advice on how to add a note either above or below the "Finish" button during the checkout process just before redirecting customers to PayPal.

On my site at AnchorPointFilms.com I am wanting to add a note either above or below the "Finish" button during the checkout process just before redirecting customers to PayPal.

I am wondering if this is something I would do by modifying a layout or if I would have to create a new Item like a custom text and then add it. I figured that the addition of a new item would not work because I want this item to appear on the final checkout page just before the redirect to PayPal and not on actual product pages?

If I am to edit a layout in HikaShop can you let me know which layout? Can I just add some custom HTML directly to the layout. Or, will I also have to create some sort of extra field for this?

I would like to know how to add the text above and below the Finish button.

I found and edited the layout called "step" that is located under Display -> Views

It seemed to work well. I did try to put a line below the "Finish" button but that <p></p> tags did not seem to work. All in all a pretty small problem but I wonder if there is something I have to do to make those html tags work?
