Not Receiving Order Email

Hello, we are not receiving the order on completion of the form. The order is being created but we at the shop do not receive it by email. We have the setting correct I think - we receive the email from Worldpay for the payment.

Payment notifications email address joeysorder@outlook.com,info@ibextrex.com
Order creation admin notifications email address joeysorders@outlook.com,info@bextrex.com

Is there another setting that needs to be edited??

We recently fixed an issue about it so can you download the last Hikashop version through our website, install it and test it again ?
