Is it possible to change the image indicated to a different uploaded image?

Hi,

This doesn't look like anything coming with HikaShop, but rather with your template.

Since you didn't post a link to your site, one can't say more, but you may as well use your own browser console to "inspect" the element and see what it is or where it's stored.
Otherwise please contact your template provider for help.

Hi,

A private link has been provided by it requires an account to access to the front-end.
So we are not able to see it either.

In any case, like lousyfool mentioned, the problem is related to the template, not HikaShop.
But that documentation page can help :
