comment doesn't show in order creation email

hello,
in the checkout process, the customer can enter a message/comment before paying. But this comment doesn't show in the email ( Order creation notification ) .
Do I have to add some code in the email template ?

No code should be necessary.
How did you configure your custom field ? Could you do a screenshot of its settings ?

after your answer, I found the problem, this custom field was not set for the order creation notification. Thank you anyway.



just as an info:
the custon fields documentation seems to be a little bit out of date, the many (12) display are not explained

Hi,

That's right, the documentation is not up-to-date for the custom fields.
We are performing a migration for our documentation and once that migration will be finish we will be able to provide a more up-to-date documentation with HikaShop updates.
