-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.3
-- Joomla version -- : 3.6.2
-- PHP version -- : 5.5
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : any
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : 405 Not Allowed

HI,

This is setup to as a sampling ordering site: www.mrtomkinson.co.uk/

However, I can't seem to get the checkout to work. I have the same setup on another site and it works fine so I'm not sure what has gone wrong here.

When I get to step 3 of the checkout process I get a browser hand then 405 not allowed message. I have tried all the following and different combinations of them.

Disabling SEF
Change Template
Disable Template overrides
Change checkout settings / URL mode
Disable not needed plugins

Do you have any advice please?

Hi,

The 405 message came after 3.1min of wait ; for me it's more a timeout than a real 405.
Or your error page ressources are not allowed by your nginx and you got a 405 instead of an error page.
Please check your checkout workflow configuration, your PHP error log and the published plugins.

HI,

thanks for the suggestions. I have checked workflow, all seems fine to me and is exactly the same as a similar site that works in the same way and works!

I've tried disabling virtually everything, still it doesn't work. Any other ideas please?

Hi,

I'm not sure as it's a nginx error and I've never seen it until now.
How about trying that in your nginx configuration:
