How do I change the hover over color for table

How do I change the hover over color for a table row or cell on the checkout page. Why does it change--it is not a link?I tried changing the css for the front-end custom.css for .hikashop_checkout_cart table .row0:hover, .hikashop_checkout_cart table .row1:hover{background-color:
and in Firebug it shows that that should be the prevailing code but the color doesn't change. I tried clearing the browser cache and that doesn't help.
Any suggestions?

Thank you. That was added while trying to troubleshoot. I removed it.
Do you think I can add back the table-hover html in the views I edited or is that what solved the problem?
