-- url of the page with the problem -- : www.gymnasticssupplieswa.com.au
-- HikaShop version -- : 2.2.3
-- Joomla version -- : 3.2.2
-- PHP version -- : 5.1
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Firefox 48.0.2
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : No Error

Any help to sort this would be appreciated.

Items deleted from cart sometimes reappear, seeming randomly.

To recreate:

www.gymnasticssupplieswa.com.au [ Note: it is a live site ]
- Add three different items to cart and click 'Continue Shopping' on the pop up.

- Proceed to Checkout. Delete two items - then Continue Shopping.

- Now, the Cart Module (foot of page) retains the THREE items, whereas on the Checkout it's just ONE item left as expected.

There are many ways to create these issues with differeing products in the cart, which suggests it's a cache issue.

Tried:
- Joomla cache Conservative, Progressive and now Disabled.

- Joomla cleared cache multiple times.

- HS Clean Cart when order is created

- HS Cart Retaining Period down to 1 min, now up to 15mins.

Many thanks.

Hi,

This indeed looks like a caching issue. Check that you don't have the Joomla cache plugin activated.
If you have some other caching extension or cache option activated, deactivate it.
Contact your hosting company and check with them that they don't have any caching system for your hosting.

It works !

I found and deactivated the Joomla Cache Plugin, that seems to have done the trick, cart contents are stable now.

Many thanks Nicolas.
